+ What is your shipping policy?

Processing time

Every order is processed individually and some are signed by the artist. During busy seasons, please allow up 4-6 weeks for orders to ship.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

+ What is your refund/return policy?

Refunds are only offered if the art is damaged on arrival and reported no later than 30 days after delivery. In the event that a piece is damaged, we ask for photos of the damaged packaging and art piece. We offer replacement or a refunds.

+ Gift cards and refunds

Gift cards are not refundable. In the event that you need a replacement piece, you will be issued another Fine Art Floral gift card or your art will be replaced at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse further transactions if fraudulent behavior is suspected.

+ What if I super duper want a refund for my gift card?

Gift cards are not refundable. In order to avoid gift card fraud we do not offer refunds for gift cards.
